Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! All the ear pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Most pieces are tarnish resistant. The ear piece (stud, fish hook, leverback) is for sure tarnish resistant! Took a while to test each out, but I finally found some for y'all!

How do I care for my jewelries?

Even though most parts are tarnish-resistant, the anti-tarnish effectiveness does vary depending on the household conditions. To maintain their quality, make sure to avoid water, chemicals, skin care products, and direct sunlight. It's also best to keep it inside a jewelry box or a baggie.

Is my resin jewelry suppose to be bendable?

It can be! Usually in a cool environment, it'll feel like a hard plastic. When it is under a long period of direct sunlight, or in a hot environment, resin will become pliable. Just leave the earrings on a flat surface in a cool environment, and the resin jewelry will go back to its harden form. 

Are the stickers weather proof?

Yessss~ I have washed my water bottle with the sneaker project stickers on and they are still perfectly stuck on!

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Domestic 

First Class Package	3-5 days

Priority Mail International	6-10 days

Currently not shipping to Australia and New Zealand due to The Postal Service temporarily suspending international mail acceptance.

My package is lost. What should I do?

USPS is the main carrier I use. Once the packages are dropped off at the postal office, they are no longer in my control. All packages will include a tracking number unless they are stickers sent in letter envelopes. Best recommendation is to call the postal office to understand what the situation is. What you know from the tracking link is also the only information I would know. Regardless, feel free to contact me, and I'll happily figure it out with you!
